Magna Plas Pty Ltd Victoria is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and extruding of our Magnalon® Harvesting Olive Picking Rods for the Agricultural and Farming Industry to assist the functioning of Grape and Olive Harvesters.  Our Harvester picking rods are high quality and our customer feedback is that our rods produce higher fruit retrieval while keeping the fruit’s integrity.   Commonly known as Harvester Rods, Shaker Rods, Bo Peep Picking Rods, Shepherd Rods or simply Picking Rods, our Harvester Picking Rods are exceptional standard within the industry.
Our harvester picking rods have a proven high standard and high quality that involves a long-lasting rod, noticeable reduced difference in RPM in comparison to the OEM and competitor products, whilst also being able to achieve a large quantity of fruit retrieval when operating the harvesting machinery.  Our rods have been reported to maintain and keep fruit integrity and that ultimately means a benefit to the outcome of fruit production and results of the harvest at hand.  
Our rods are manufactured and processed within our local manufacturing factory and are completely Australian Manufactured.  This contributes to the high quality of the final Picking Rod product and allows us to govern the entire quality control process from the rod processing line to the shape and style of the picking rod.  We can closely monitor the extruded rod and forming process and are involved in the entire start to finish process knowing the result is of high quality.
